Rick Harker joined the Blackburn Company in 1992 as a territory salesperson in ND, SD, and W. MN. As principal of the agency since 2006, Rick has extensive experience in all aspects of being a Manufacturer’s Representative. He has enjoyed the privilege of relational selling, and negotiating programs on all levels - in a wide variety of businesses.  He attended college at the University of Minnesota – Institute of Technology. Prior to joining the Blackburn Company, he worked in materials management for a hearing aid company.  Rick lives in Plymouth, MN with his beautiful wife. They have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. He enjoys time with his family, walking with the Lord, and all the outdoor activities that Minnesota has to offer.

Alex Harker joined the Blackburn Company in 2017 after numerous years of sales experience and project management. He attended Northwestern University, and now resides in Crystal, MN with his wife, son and two pets. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, and going fishing.

Tracy is the Office Manager at The Blackburn Company. She leads the administrative side of the company, as well as support for our reps and customer base.  Tracy joined The Blackburn Company in 2008, and has a strong background in customer service leadership, including experience in the retail, airline, and real estate industries. Born in Sacramento CA, she moved to Minnesota in 1978. She attended college in Boston, MA on scholarship for singing, and graduated with a BA in communications. She is very active in her church, having served on several boards & the church council, and as a high school leader for 4 years. She also sings in the church choir. She loves being with her husband and children, baking, spending time up at the cabin, and performing in community theater. Her all-time favorite role was that of Sally Bowles in Cabaret during her junior year of college.
